The Journal of Presbyterian History is published twice a year by the Presbyterian Historical Society, the official historical agency of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).

The Journal provides its readers with an understanding and appreciation of religious history in its cultural setting (specifically Presbyterian and Reformed history), while also emphasizing the importance of preserving that history.

As the official publication of the Society, it also serves to introduce Presbyterians and the broader scholarly community to the resources and services of the Presbyterian Historical Society.

For information about submitting articles, please review the instructions for authors.

The Journal of Presbyterian History is supported by the Klett-Smylie Fund.
